Payment for your reservation is made at the time of picking up your pets. You may also pay ahead of time if so desired.

Online reservations are not guaranteed or confirmed until you are contacted by the kennel.

If you have not heard from us within 2 days, please first check your spam folder for an email from Sheryl McDonald or Shertom Kennels to be sure nothing is there. If you still do not have a response, please call or text the kennel at 512-515-5494 to set up your reservation.

You will know when the form is successfully submitted after submitting, by scrolling down to bottom and getting a "Thank You" in Black not red. Errors will be shown in red.

Shertom Kennels will be following up with an email confirmation with more information about your reservation once the kennel receives your request. Please check your spam folder for an email from Sheryl McDonald or Shertom Kennels if you do not see the response from the kennel.

If you have not received a response, the kennel may not have received your reservation online and then call or text the kennel at 512-515-5494 to make your reservation.

NOTE: The Bordetella vaccine MUST be given 14 days or more prior to boarding unless your vet uses the Killed virus, then the wait period is 5 days to have time to build up the titer levels in the dog's system.
If the vet uses the common live virus, please do NOT get the Bordetella any sooner than 14 days.
If circumstances prevent getting the vaccine in a timely manner, your dog(s)
can still be boarded without the Bordetella.

NOTE: Your dog must be on a heart worm preventative medication. If not, you must provide negative heartworm and negative fecal test results.
